Thank you for shopping with Kiddo Hut. We take great care in providing safe, high-quality products for your little ones. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the package

To be eligible:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Clear photo/video proof is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Nappies / Diapers
  • Underwear / Padded Unders
  • Bibs
  • Burp Cloths
  • Wash Cloths
  • Feeding Pillows
  • Any used or washed product

Please ensure correct size and product selection before placing your order.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp with order details & product images.
  • Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us (shipping cost borne by customer).
  • After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after product inspection.
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be given via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

  • Check with your bank/payment provider
