1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered

Missing items in the package
To be eligible:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Nappies / Diapers
- Underwear / Padded Unders
- Bibs
- Burp Cloths
- Wash Cloths
- Feeding Pillows

Any used or washed product
Please ensure correct size and product selection before placing your order.
3. Return Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with order details & product images.
- Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us (shipping cost borne by customer).

After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after product inspection.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be given via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:
